Tasting Notes: The Old Bush Vine Shiraz which was ripen under dry and cool conditions is deep crimson in colour with a complex nose. With careful handling draws out natural characters of ripe plum, wild berries and dark chocolate with a soft hint of spice and subtle oak which are evident in this premium wine. Produced from some of the oldest vines in New South Wales, this full bodied wine was aged in American oak which enhances the flavours and smoothness, resulting in a well balanced finish.
